The Delta Phi Epsilon PEARL (Personal Enrichment Activities for Responsible Living) Membership Develoment Program was adopted in 1994, and now it is not only the cornerstone of many Sorority programs, but it is also in the heart of many members and demonstrated by our actions in our daily lives. Today, we celebrate the Pearl Programs's 20 year anniversary and commemorate the impact of the 5 S's- self, service, social, scholarship, and sisterhood-and now the alumnae 5 C's- character, civic, cultural, career and connection-have had on our sorority & our personal lives.
