This exquisite badge has its roots in a badge style made most popular at the turn of the last century, discovered in the annals of a circa 1900 Caduceus issue. Eighty-three (83) genuine pearls are hand-set in this impressively large 10K solid gold badge. 7/8” x 7/8”.
